Project Management Certification course: We prepare the candidates for PMP certification

Practical Project Management & Planning: This training is more suitable for field managers and Sr. Planners. Here we train the people on the application of various knowledge areas, management tools, techniques and IT to effectively manage the project. At the end of the training the attendees will understand the focus areas in Project Management and Construction Management, how the projects can be controlled and monitored effectively using the project management software, the new wave management techniques like ‘ Lean Construction, Last Planner etc.

Project Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring: Along with training in software like Primavera and MS Project, we train them on the practical application so that the planning engineers and execution team will be on the right alignment. Our trainers have extensive field experience and some of them have worked as planning engineers for some very complex projects. With good strength of practical knowledge, our training achieves the required end purpose of such trainings, Viz the participants will know how to apply such knowledge practically on the field.

Supervisory Training: We train supervisors on the resource management, productivity, cost control, safety and quality.

Quantity Survey: We train the interested engineers on the techniques in quantity take off, using various software, P-line based measurement, understanding various terms in the BOQ etc. This training will be very useful for all the middle and junior level quantity surveyors.
